Exchange Policy

 

For the fact that we only produce pieces using natural raw material we regret that some of the pieces can reach the end of production line with some sort of slight imperfection which can also be seen as the uniqueness of a 100% handmade piece. But don't panic!!! Over 95% of our pieces look perfect as we do as much as we can to avoid imperfections.

 

 

If you are unsatisfied with your Bio Jewell we will be happy to exchange it either in our space in Camden or sending you another piece. Please contact us within 7 working days by phone or e-mail if that is the case.
